The Cluver Club is about creating memorable experiences. It is designed to dazzle you with recipes created by some of the country’s best chefs, each showcasing a Paul Cluver wine. Easy-to-follow recipes will be sent to you electronically every two months.
Chefs who have signed on include Bruce Robertson of the Showroom (Best Chef 2006), and Peter Pankhurst of Savoy Cabbage, both of Cape Town. Norwegian television chef and food writer and BBC food personality, Andreas Viestad, who summers on the Cluver farm is also participating.
