The Cluver Club is about creating memorable experiences. It is designed to dazzle you with recipes created by some of the country’s best chefs, each showcasing a Paul Cluver wine. Beautifully illustrated and easy to follow, recipes will be sent electronically to you every two months.
Chefs who have signed on are amongst the best in South Africa and include Bruce Robertson of the Showroom (Best Chef 2006), and Peter Pankhurst of Savoy Cabbage, both of Cape Town. Norwegian television chef and food writer and BBC food personality, Andreas Viestad, who summers on the Cluver farm is also participating. Tempt those taste bud with masterpieces inspired by Paul Cluver Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, and Weisser Riesling.
