Restaurant 'Fresh' will soon be opening at Paul Cluver Wines. Farm fresh vegetables, herbs and fruit from the Garden of Elgin will form the basis of dishes created by Joan Lancefield and her team.

Paul Cluver Wines - is a family run winery, located in the cool-climate Elgin Valley. Half of the estate has been set aside for conservation into perpetuity and forms part of a world heritage site called The Kogelberg Biosphere. The other half is farmed sustainably with an emphasis on vineyards, apple and pear orchards and a hereford stud.

Paul Cluver Wines is currently ranked 7th in the Grape Top 20 Wineries Poll of 2010. The wines of Paul Cluver are acclaimed internationally and nationally for their elegance and finesse.

Paul Cluver Wines is the founder member of the world's first wine and biodiversity route - the Greenmountain Ecoroute; and also the initiator and mentor of the Thandi black economic empowerment wine-producing project.
