A great example of cool climate sauvignon, with a component of oak matured Semillon. Green pepper and green fig aromas on the nose, also gooseberry and granadilla aromas. Good mid-palate richness and packed with flavour. Lovely clean, long mineral finish. This wine can be enjoyed with salads, seafood or on its own. It ages particularly well.

A vibrant wine with the classic Riesling flavours of spice and florals. - espcially lime and white blossoms. The palate is lean, elegant and refined with a lingering aftertaste due to the good acidity of the wine. This noble variety is bursting with aromas of citrus, marmalade and a lovely toastiness. The flavours are complex and show a well-integrated combination of fruit and nuances of oak. As you sip, these flavours are long and lingering. This wine can be enjoyed now with creamy seafood or chicken dishes or cellared for 5 years. |

One of the few drier style Gewurtztraminers made in South Africa. Highly fragrant with litchi, rose petal, lime aromas leaping from the glass. Deliciously elegant and lingering on the palate. Ideal paired with Thai style, delicate spicy dishes. Refreshing spring-time, summer-time alternative to Sauvignon blanc.

A lovely garnet colour, with lots of wild berry fruit and wild mushroom scents on the nose. The palate is brimming with sweet berry flavours. Long, lingering, velvety finish. The wine has tightly structured tannins which will allow for 5-7 years maturation, though it can be enjoyed young. Delicious with venison, duck and game fish. |
